Hawks Hill is a third-generation owned farm located in Troy, NY encompassing 90 acres of cultivated land and forest. The name of the farm originates from the the great wind thermals that draw various birds of prey, including red-tailed hawk to hunt the vast and open hills on the farm. Among the variety of flora and fauna on the property, Hawks Hill is also a place for martial arts training and integrative health services. We encourage individuals to come and reconnect with nature to foster their own sense of wellness. It is our intention to facilitate the teachings of Budo, Zen, mindfulness, and wellness to those individuals seeking better alignment with the natural way of life.

When we are not training, we are cultivating a serene space of gardens and creative expression.
