Continue your healing and wellness journey by making follow-up acupuncture appointments with Justin Coletti L.Ac at Acupuncture at Hawks Hill. Your follow-up appointments post initial treatment for acupuncture include 30-minute sessions where Justin will work on health concerns identified through the initial treatment. Follow-up appointments are $80.00 a session; a processing fee of $2.95 is added when purchasing online. Justin's extensive knowledge as an herbalist may also recommend the use of herbs or moxa to further enhance the benefits of the acupuncture treatment. Cancellation Policy
Package and Session Validity: Acupuncture treatment packages and individually purchased sessions are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Unused sessions will expire after this period. Payment Terms: Payment for acupuncture treatment packages and individually purchased sessions must be made in full at the time of purchase. All purchases are non-refundable. If you purchase a service or package online, there will be a processing fee added to your purchase that is variable to the service or package chosen. Non-Transferable: Acupuncture treatment packages and individually purchased session are non-transferable and may not be shared with other individuals although you may purchase a gift card for someone and they can use it towards purchasing a session or treatment package. Cancellation and No-Call/No-Show Policy: To cancel or reschedule an appointment session, patients must notify Justin at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide advanced notice or no-call/no-show will result in the deduction of the scheduled appointment session from the package or a charge for the missed appointment. No exceptions. Confirmations and Standing Appointments: Justin confirms initial intake sessions with patients via phone call or text. Follow-up appointments are confirmed during session. Justin will reach out to patients on the rare occasion to confirm an appointment if there is confusion or lack of clarity. Justin will not confirm every follow-up appointment or standing appointment (scheduled weekly) as it is the client's responsibility to confirm their appointments. By purchasing an acupuncture treatment package, patients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
