Our pain management clinic specializes in targeted treatments designed to reduce discomfort, improve mobility, and support long-term wellness. In a calm, open setting, you’ll recline comfortably while receiving acupuncture that focuses on points from the arms, legs, head to ease pain and restore balance. Pain management acupuncture can help with: • Chronic or acute pain: Ongoing relief for joint pain • Injury recovery: Support healing from strains and overuse injuries • Stress-related tension: Reduce tightness in shoulders, jaw, and back • Headaches and migraines: Target underlying pain triggers Appointments cost $40.00 for 30 minutes; you'll receive 10 to 15 minutes of personalized face time within those 30 minutes. If purchasing online, an additional $2.86 processing fee applies. All visits are by appointment only. Justin’s extensive training as an herbalist may also lead to the use of herbs or moxa to complement your sessions and further support your health goals. Cancellation Policy
Package and Session Validity: Acupuncture treatment packages, individually purchased sessions, and community-style sessions are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Unused sessions will expire after this period. Community-Style Session Terms: Community-style treatment sessions are reserved for general wellness, stress relief, immune support, and energy improvement. For treatment to address specific needs, Justin will recommend purchasing individual sessions to privately address those concerns. Treatment packages purchased may be applied to the cost of community-style sessions. Payment Terms: Payment for acupuncture treatment packages, individually purchased sessions, and community-style sessions must be made in full at the time of purchase. All purchases are non-refundable. If you purchase a service or package online, there will be a payment processing fee added to your purchase. Although all services and packages can be purchased in person without a payment processing fee. Non-Transferable: Acupuncture treatment packages, individually purchased sessions, and community-style sessions are non-transferable and may not be shared with other individuals. Although you may purchase a gift card for someone and they can use it towards purchasing a session or treatment package. Cancellation and No-Call/No-Show Policy: To cancel or reschedule an appointment session, patients must notify Justin at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide advanced notice or no-call/no-show will result in the deduction of the scheduled appointment session from the package or a charge for the missed appointment. Repeated no-call/no-shows may result in discontinuation of services. No exceptions. Confirmations and Standing Appointments: Justin confirms initial sessions with patients via phone call or text. Follow-up and continued appointments are confirmed during a previous session or through phone or text. Justin will reach out to patients on the rare occasion to confirm an appointment if there is confusion or lack of clarity. Justin will not confirm every follow-up appointment or standing appointment (scheduled weekly) as it is the client's responsibility to confirm their appointments. By purchasing an acupuncture treatment package, individual session, or community-style session, patients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
