classical Chinese medicine and mental health counseling through a grounded, whole-person lens.

Welcome to Integrative Health Services at Hawks Hill, a wellness setting nestled on a picturesque 90-acre working farm where whole-person care meets the quiet steadiness of the natural world. Our integrative health offerings bring together separate licensed services, including Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Formulas, Cupping, Moxa, and Mental Health Counseling.

Led by experienced practitioners within their own professional scopes, our work is designed to support the body and mind through thoughtful, individualized care.

Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Formulas are provided by Justin Coletti, Licensed Acupuncturist, and may support concerns such as pain, stress, allergies, sleep, digestion, hormonal balance, and overall health. Mental health counseling is provided separately by Lisa Decker, MA, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, offering therapy for adults seeking support for trauma, stress, anxiety, panic disorder, burnout, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, life transitions, relationships, grief, and emotional well-being.

Each service maintains its own records, scheduling, billing, consent forms, and privacy practices. For clients who choose to receive care from Justin and Lisa simultaneously, collaborative care may be available with written consent.

Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine

Justin Coletti, L.Ac. provides individualized acupuncture and classical Chinese medicine with a focus on pain management, orthopedic concerns, sports performance, stress, sleep, hormonal health, fertility, and whole-body regulation.

Drawing from acupuncture, cupping, moxa, herbal support, and complementary East Asian medicine techniques, his work is designed to support mobility, recovery, resilience, and long-term well-being.

mental health counseling

Private therapy for adults navigating trauma, anxiety, panic disorder, depression, stress, burnout, obsessive-compulsive disorder, grief, relationship strain, life transitions, and the weight of high-responsibility roles.

Lisa Decker, LMHC is especially effective with first responders, medical professionals, law enforcement, judicial professionals, executives, helping professionals, and rural clients seeking grounded support without generic, one-size-fits-all therapy.

Therapy may draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT) skills, neuroscience, somatic work, narrative therapy, and Stoic philosophy to support regulation, insight, recovery, and meaningful change.

Collaborative Care, When the Whole Picture Matters and you need a More thorough, Connected Approach

Many clients seek care with concerns that do not fit neatly into one category. High levels of stress, responsibility, trauma exposure, pain, sleep disruption, emotional strain, and physical tension often overlap. In many conventional care settings, these concerns are treated separately, leaving clients to piece together the bigger picture on their own.

At Hawks Hill, we offer a more refined and connected model of care.

Through classical Chinese medicine and mental health counseling, clients may choose support that considers the body, mind, nervous system, lifestyle, and lived experience together. Our approach is rooted in whole-person care, preventative wellness, and salutogenesis — supporting not only symptom relief, but resilience, regulation, meaning, and long-term well-being.

Collaborative Care is designed for clients who want a thoughtful, individualized approach rather than fragmented support. With written consent, Justin and Lisa can coordinate care while maintaining separate records, scheduling, billing, and professional boundaries. We also offer Integrated Mind-Body sessions for deeper, simultaneous collaboration of care, truly personalized for the client and unique to the Capital Region.

This optional model sets Hawks Hill apart by offering access to distinct licensed services that can remain separate — or work together to provide a level of tailored, integrated care that is difficult to find in conventional treatment settings.
