Experience holistic wellness with our acupuncture treatment packages! Benefit from the convenience and savings of multiple rejuvenating sessions customized to your needs, aimed at restoring health, balance, and vitality. Enjoy increasing discounts of 5%, 10%, or 12% depending on the number of sessions you purchase. If purchasing online, a processing fee will be added to the total cost, variable to the package chosen. Please review and accept our treatment package policies before making a purchase. Three-Appointment Package: $228, plus a $8.13 processing fee if purchasing online. Six-Appointment Package: $432, plus a $15.27 processing fee if purchasing online. Nine-Appointment Package: $636, plus a $22.41 processing fee if purchasing online.
Cancellation Policy
Treatment Package Purchase Policy: Intake Session Requirement: Patients must attend an initial one-hour intake session regardless of desire to purchase any acupuncture treatment package. If an intake session has not occurred before purchasing a package, that intake session on arrival will count as two appointments due to the extended duration of service; i.e. one hour compared to 30 minutes. Package Validity: Acupuncture treatment packages are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Unused sessions will expire after this period. Payment Terms: Payment for acupuncture treatment packages must be made in full at the time of purchase. Packages are non-refundable. Non-Transferable: Acupuncture treatment packages are non-transferable and may not be shared with other individuals although you may purchase a gift card for someone and they can use it towards purchasing a treatment package. Cancellation and No-Call/No-Show Policy: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, patients must notify Justin at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide advanced notice or no-call/no-show will result in the deduction of the scheduled session from the package. No exceptions. Confirmations and Standing Appointments: Justin confirms initial intake sessions with patients via phone call or text. Follow-up appointments are confirmed during session. Justin will reach out to patients on the rare occasion to confirm an appointment if there is confusion or lack of clarity. Justin will not confirm every follow-up appointment or standing appointment (scheduled weekly) as it is the client's responsibility to confirm their appointments. By purchasing an acupuncture treatment package, patients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
