Starting August 8th: Held in our peaceful countryside wellness space, Saturday Reset Acupuncture Appointments offer a way to experience the benefits of acupuncture in a relaxed, lounge-style setting - no extensive consultation required. Just arrive, settle in, and let yourself unwind. Choose from three focus tracks: • Deep Relaxation: stress relief, emotional regulation, muscle tension release • Recovery: overtraining injuries, workout soreness, athletic performance edge • Seasonal Wellness: allergy relief, immune boosting Beginning August 8th, 11:00 AM - 1:15 PM, appointments run 25-30 minutes with the last appointment booking for 12:45 PM. Ideal for: Busy professionals, parents, weekend athletes, couples, best friends, and anyone curious about acupuncture who isn't ready for individualized treatment. Pricing: Single Appointment: $40 (Pricing online includes a small payment processing fee) Add-ons: Bring a Friend (Two Session Special): $70 Monthly Membership (Up to Four Appointments): $130 As a Chinese herbalist with extensive knowledge, Justin may also recommend the use of herbs or moxa, as well as individual, private appointments to further enhance the benefits of general offers provided within Saturday Rest Acupuncture Appointments. Cancellation Policy
Package and Session Validity: Acupuncture treatment packages and individually purchased sessions are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Unused sessions will expire after this period. Community-Style, Pain Clinic Session, and Saturday Reset Terms: Treatment sessions are reserved for general wellness, stress relief, immune support, and energy improvement. For treatment to address specific needs, Justin will recommend purchasing individual sessions to privately address those concerns. Treatment packages purchased may be applied to the cost of community or lounge style sessions. Payment Terms: Payment for all acupuncture services must be made in full at the time of purchase. All purchases are non-refundable. If you purchase a service or package online, there will be a payment processing fee added to your purchase. Although all services and packages can be purchased in person without a payment processing fee. Non-Transferable: Acupuncture treatment services are non-transferable and may not be shared with other individuals. Although you may purchase a gift card for someone and they can use it towards purchasing a session or treatment package. Cancellation and No-Call/No-Show Policy: To cancel or reschedule an appointment session, clients must notify Justin at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide advanced notice or no-call/no-show will result in the deduction of the scheduled appointment session from the package or a charge for the missed appointment. Repeated no-call/no-shows may result in discontinuation of services. No exceptions. Confirmations and Standing Appointments: Justin confirms initial sessions with patients via phone call or text. Follow-up and continued appointments are confirmed during a previous session or through phone or text. Justin will reach out to clients on the rare occasion to confirm an appointment if there is confusion or lack of clarity. Justin will not confirm every follow-up appointment or standing appointment (scheduled weekly) as it is the client's responsibility to confirm their appointments. By purchasing an acupuncture treatment service, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
